  7. Fresh basil for garnish

  9. One recipe homemade pizza dough or 1 recipe homemade semolina pizza dough

PREPARATION PREOCEDURE:

STEP NO: - 1

Pre-heat oven to 501°F for at least one hour before blazing. If using a pizza crust, allow the crust to heat up in the oven for at least 31 minutes before baking on it.

STEP NO: - 2

Elasticity out your dough onto a pizza crust sprinkled with flour. If you don’t have a peel, you can use a burning sheet lined with parchment paper.

Enhance slices of red onion and dollops of the black olive paste.

Sprinkle with one tbsp cola Vita olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt and crushed red pepper flakes (elective).

STEP NO: - 8

Slide your pizza from the crust onto the stone in the oven (or place the baking sheet in oven) and bake for 8-11 minutes (separate ovens will vary, so keep an eye on your pie!), till the crust is golden brown.

STEP NO: - 9

Take away from the oven and slide onto a cutting board. Enhancer with fresh basil, slice and serve.
