Memphis BBQ Chicken Pizza

The Memphis BBQ chicken pizza is also one of the best and delicious pizza which is eaten by all over the world. Men, women, children, young and old peoples like to eat that type of pizza.

FOR THE PIZZA DOUGH:

  • One pack of energetic dehydrated yeast
  • Three Fourth teacup of hot water
  • One teaspoonful of salt (table salt)
  • One teaspoonful of sweet sugar
  • Two teacups of bread flour or you can use all-purpose flour
  • Two tablespoonful of olive oil plus you can use extra for the coating

FOR THE PIZZA TOPPING:

  • Eight-ounces of chicken chest meat, get it prepared and pieces it or cut it into a finely pieces
  • Three-ounces of gouda burnt cheese, pieces it and use it
  • Three-ounces mozzarella cheese, pieces it or put small amounts of it
  • Half cup BBQ sauce (pulp), separated for future use
  • Half small red onion, which is thinly sliced

PREPARATION PROCEDURE: -

Step No: - 1

In a little bowl mix the yeast in water, just let it rest until it gets just like feathery, for about 5-6 minutes.

Step No: - 2

In a big bowl combine these ingredients (sugar, flour, salt).

Step No: - 3

Add the yeast and oil, and mix it by hand for around 20-24 times or until the whole lot is well merged.

Step No: - 4

The trick is to add a small bit of extra flour when it’s (too sticky) or water when it’s (too dry) if necessary, after that form into a small rounded ball, coat it with oil on all edges and place it precisely in a clean bowl.

Step No: - 5

Cover it and let it rest and rise for 20-29 minutes or until its size becomes doubled.

Step No: - 6

In that duration, be ready to place the pizza stone on a middle stand and allow it to pre-heat in the oven for 401 degrees, for around 15-16 minutes, least 11 minutes.

Step No: - 7

Once the dough is ready and has doubled in size use how much would you choose to make your pizza either small, medium or a large one after that roll it out and allocation it to a pizza board-stone.

Step No: - 8

Let it for a minute rest.

Step No: - 9

In a medium size bowl toss the chicken around with two and half tablespoons of BBQ sauce. 

Step No: - 10

Spread the remaining BBQ sauce over the pizza dough, leave a clear space for the border for the crust.

Step No: - 11

Top it up with chicken, cheeses, and red onion.

Step No: - 12

Put it on the pizza stone and let it bake itself for 20-24 minutes or until it the crust goes golden and the cheese is bubbling and juicy, after that allow it to cool down a bit before you eat it and oblige it.
