Steps to make Molokhia Soup

 

Step#1:

Prepare the Molokhia Leaves

First of wash the Molokhia leaves carefully and chop the leaves into small pieces. If you have worry of availability of fresh Molokhia leaves then you can use frozen leaves instead of fresh leaves. So don’t worry about that.

Step#2:

Prepare the Chicken and Clean it Carefully

Carefully wash and clean completely before use. Its necessary for health and also for taste.

Step#3:

Put Chicken in a Pot

Now its time to put the chicken in a pot which is filled with water. Cook the chicken in that water until the water start boiling. When water start boiling then you should go on next step.

Step#4:

Dice the Onion

When you see water boil in the pot then dice the onion and put that onion on to the boiled chicken.

Step#5:

Addition of other gredients

Now put one tbs of salt into a pot. Mix well and also put other gradients like garlic cloves, the cilantro and cinnamon stick to add flavor to the chicken.

Step#6:

Add cardamom

Now add the cardamom and let the chicken boil for an hour and wait and increase your appetite.

Step#7:

Roast the Chicken

Place the chicken in roasted Pan and put that roasted Pan into the oven. Put Pan in oven until chicken is roasted.

Step#8:

Garlic Fry

Now its time to fry garlic cloves with corn oil until the color of garlic becomes golden brown.

Step#9:

Mixing the Gradients

Now mix the chicken broth, chopped Molokhia, and the chopped garlic into the pot.

Step#10:

Season the soup with the black pepper and bring it to a boil.

Let it boil for around 30 minutes.

Step#11:

Add tomato

Add the tomato to make the soup’s surface less soppy, if wanted.

Step#12:

Add two cloves of Garlic

Now add two cloves of garlic and chop cilantro into frying pan.

Step#13:

Add two tbs corn oil

Add two measured tablespoon of corn oil into frying pan and fry the garlic until the color of garlic becomes golden brown.

Step#14:

Mixing Garlic and Molokhia Soup

Let the soup to boil for a couple of minutes until the vegetables are lenient and have fully roasted.

Step#15:

Make White Rice

Make the white rice in an oven and serve rice with Molokhia Soup for better taste.
