CHICKEN PIZZA

California type pizza also known as California pizza, is a type of single serving pizza that combines New York and Italian thin crust with toppings from the California cuisine cooking type. Its invention is generally attributed to chef Ed LaDue and Chez Panisse in Berkeley.

INGREDIANTS: -

  1. One whole wheat pizza dough
  2. Half cup pizza sauce
  3. Half cup lightly steamed Broccoli
  4. Half cup Artichoke hearts chopped
  5. One third cup black olives sliced
  6. One sliced tomato sliced
  7. Six green pepper rings
  8. Six red pepper rings

PREPARATION PROCEDURE: -

STEP NO 1: -

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

STEP NO 2: -

Oil a 12-pizza pan

STEP NO 3: -

Roll out the dough into a 12 circle and place in the pizza pan. Push the edge up a little to form a rim.

STEP NO 4: -

Feast the paste on the dough to within an inch of the rim.

STEP NO 5: -

Arrange the vegetables on the sauce topping with the tomatoes and peppers.

STEP NO 6: -

Bake until the crust is brown and crisp in approximately fifteen minutes.

CALIFORNIA GRILLED PIZZA: -

Cook an additional pizza beaten with mushrooms, onion, and steeped artichoke hearts right on the lattice in just minutes using a prebaked pizza shell on sheets of foil to keep the whole thing nice and neat. This recipe makes two delicious pizzas.

INGREDIANTS: -

  1. Two sheets Reynold’s wrap
  2. Two prebaked pizza crust
  3. Two tablespoon olive oil
  4. One teaspoon chopped garlic
  5. Half medium red onion which is sliced thin
  6. One sliced vine ripe tomato
  7. One fourth marinated artichoke hears which is sliced thin
  8. Four baby portabella mushroom which is sliced thin
  9. Two tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  10. Half cup shredded mozzarella cheese

PREPARATION PROCEDURE: -

STEP NO: - 1

Heat grill to medium-high. Apartment individually pizza crust on a sheet of Reynolds wrap. Aluminum foil and set aside.

STEP NO: - 2

Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium flame. Enhance garlic and onion, cook, stirring often, until onion is unstiffened.

STEP NO: - 3

Brush pizza crust with olive oil mixture, arrange the onion, tomato, artichoke hearts, mushrooms and basil on crust. Sprinkle with cheese.

STEP NO: - 4

Gril pizza on foil sheets in covered grill for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Prep time: Fifteen minutes

Cook time: Five minutes

Total time: Twenty minutes

Servings: six

Yield: Two pizzas

  1. Two pounds fresh dry spinach fettuccine
  2. Half cup chopped fresh cilantro
  3. Two tablespoons fresh minced garlic
  4. Two tablespoons minced jalapeno peppers
  5. Three tablespoons unsalted butter
  6. Half cup chicken stock
  7. Two tablespoons gold tequila
  8. Two tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  9. Three tablespoons soy sauce
  10. One and half tbs chicken breast
  11. One fourth medium red onion which is thin sliced
  12. Half medium red bell pepper
  13. Half medium yellow bell pepper
  14. Half medium green bell pepper thinly sliced
  15. One and half cups heavy cream

PREPARATION PROCEDURE: -

STEP NO: - 1

Prepare rapidly boiling salted water to cook pasta, cook until 8-11minutes for dry pasta. Pasta may be cooked slightly ahead of time, rinsed and oiled and then flashed in boiling water or cooked to coincide with the finishing of the sauce.

STEP NO: - 2

Cook one third cup cilantro, garlic and jalapeno in two tablespoons butter over average flame for 4 to 6 minutes. Enhance stock, tequila and lime juice. Transport the mixture to a boil and cook till condensed to a paste like reliability; set sideways.

STEP NO: - 3

Discharge soy sauce over cubed chicken; set aside for five minutes. Temporarily cook onion and peppers, moving infrequently, with residual butter over medium flame. When the root vegetable has floppy (become limp), add.

STEP NO: - 4

chicken and soy sauce; throw and add kept tequila/lime paste and cream.

STEP NO: - 5

Transport the sauce to a boil; boil mildly pending chicken is cooked finished and sauce is thick (about 3 minutes).

STEP NO: - 6

When sauce is done, toss with well-exhausted spinach fettuccine and set aside cilantro.

STEP NO: - 7
