INGREDIANTS:
- One tablespoon olive oil
- One lbs. chicken breast which is skinned, boned, cut into two multiply half inch strips
- One to two teaspoon chili powder
- Half teaspoon salts
- Half teaspoon powder of garlic
- One cup onion which is thinly sliced
- Half cup green bell pepper which is in the form of strips
- Half cup red bell pepper which is also in the form of strips
- Half cup of mild salsa
- Two cups of Monterey Jack cheese which is shredded
PREPARATION PROCEDURE: -
STEP NO: - 1
Heat oil in large skillet.
STEP NO: - 2
Enhance chicken and cook, moving frequently until lightly
browned.
STEP NO: - 3
Stirring in seasonings.
STEP NO: - 4
Enhance onions and bell peppers, cook an extra minute or so till
vegetables are crisp-tender.
STEP NO: - 5
Heat oven to 424°.
STEP NO: - 6
Sprinkling pizza pan with semolina flour and press brass into
pan.
STEP NO: - 7
Pre-bake dough till it is a very light golden brown, about 6-7
minutes.
STEP NO: - 8
Take away from oven and throw chicken over crust, spoon
salsa over chicken, meal vegetable combination over that, and finally, top with
cheese.
STEP NO: - 9
Bake for another 15-16 minutes till crust is golden brown.

Chicken Naan Pizza is one of my favorite pizzas. I eat that pizza twice in week and the taste of that naan pizza is so delicious and tasteful.
INGREDIANTS: -
- One teaspoon of olive oil, or more as wanted
- One pound skinless and boneless chicken breast and cut into strips
- Half cup sliced mushrooms
- One medium red bell pepper which is thinly sliced
- One teaspoon fajita seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Two pieces whole-wheat naan
- Half cup tomato sauce
- Half cup cheddar which is shredded
- Topping with sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, freshly squeezed lime juice
PREPARATION PROCEDURE: -
STEP NO: - 1
Pre-heat the oven to 424 degrees F. Temporarily, heat the
oil till hot in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high flame, then enhance the
chicken.
STEP NO: - 2
Cook systematically, about 5-6 minutes on each side, then take
away from the pan.
STEP NO: - 3
Add more oil to the pot as essential, and add the mushrooms,
peppers, onions, fajita seasoning and half teaspoon each salt and pepper and
cook till the vegetables are a little tender, tossing with tongs occasionally,
about 5-6 minutes. Take away from the pan.
STEP NO: - 4
Dwelling the naan on a baking sheet, pizza pan or blazing
stone.
STEP NO: - 5
Top each piece with a coating of tomato sauce, trailed by
the chicken, root vegetable and then the cheese. Bake till the cheese has molten,
10-15 minutes.
STEP NO: - 6
Top the pizzas with the avocado, cilantro and newly enfolded
lime juice, if using, then division each pizza in half and serve.
