Pepperoni Pizza Recipe

INGREDIANTS:

PREPARATION PROCEDURE: -

STEP NO: - 1

For sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients with half cup water in a medium bowl; set aside for tastes to grow while making crust. Freeze residual paste.

STEP NO: - 2

For crusts: Combine two cups of flour with the dry yeast, sugar and salt. Add the water and oil and mix till well blended (about one minute). Progressively add enough residual flour leisurely, till a soft, sticky dough ball is formed.

STEP NO: - 3

Massage for about four minutes, on a floured surface, till dough is smooth and flexible. Add more flour, if needed. (If using Rapid Rise® Yeast, lease dough rest, covered, for 10-12 minutes.)

STEP NO: - 4

Split dough in half. Pat each half (with floured hands) into a 12-13-inch lubricated pizza pan OR roll dough to fit pots.

STEP NO: - 5

For pizzas: Pre-heat oven to 424 degrees F. Topmost crusts with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.

STEP NO: - 6

Bake for 18-20 minutes till crusts are browned and cheese is bubbly. For best results, rotate pizza pans between top and lowest oven racks halfway through baking.
