PEPPERONIA PIZZA

Pepperoni pizza is a standard preferred, and in less than 20-25 minutes, you can make this light and strong version. The whole wheat coating has more fiber and nutrients than a white flour crust, and using part-glance at mozzarella saves on calories without flexible any flavor.
INGREDIANTS:
- Half can tomato paste
- One teaspoon dried oregano which is crushed
- One teaspoon dried crushed basil
- Half teaspoon powder of garlic
- Half teaspoon of sugar
- Half teaspoon of salt
- Half teaspoon black pepper
- Three and half cups of all-purpose flour or more if needed
- Two envelopes of pizza crust yeast
- One tablespoon sugar
- One and half tablespoon salt
- One and half cup very warm water
- One third cup oil
FOR TOPPING:
- One package Pepperoni
- One cup of shredded mozzarella cheese or more as your taste
PREPARATION
PROCEDURE: -
For sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients with half cup water
in a medium bowl; set aside for tastes to grow while making crust. Freeze residual
paste.
STEP NO: - 2
For crusts: Combine two cups of flour with the dry yeast,
sugar and salt. Add the water and oil and mix till well blended (about one
minute). Progressively add enough residual flour leisurely, till a soft, sticky
dough ball is formed.
STEP NO: - 3
Massage for about four minutes, on a floured surface, till
dough is smooth and flexible. Add more flour, if needed. (If using Rapid Rise®
Yeast, lease dough rest, covered, for 10-12 minutes.)
STEP NO: - 4
Split dough in half. Pat each half (with floured hands) into
a 12-13-inch lubricated pizza pan OR roll dough to fit pots.
STEP NO: - 5
For pizzas: Pre-heat oven to 424 degrees F. Topmost crusts
with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
STEP NO: - 6
Bake for 18-20 minutes till crusts are browned and cheese is
bubbly. For best results, rotate pizza pans between top and lowest oven racks
halfway through baking.
