GREEN PEPPER PIZZA

Green peppers are a very slight pepper so they won't take away from the main event–cheese, sauce, and crust–up till now they offer a crispy, filling, and zingy adding to any pizza. In accumulation to great touch and flavor, green peppers also add a great splish-splash of color to your pizza to give it some pizazz.
INGREDIANTS:
- One packet active dry yeast
- One teaspoon sugar
- One and one fourth cups warm water
- One fourth cup canola oil
- One teaspoon salt
- Three and half to four cups all-purpose flour
- One small chopped onion
- One can of tomato sauce
- Three teaspoons of dried oregano
- One teaspoon dried basil
- Two cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
PREPARATION PROCEDURE: -
Step No: - 1
In big bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water; let stand
for 5-6 minutes.

Add oil and salt.
Step No: - 3
Stirring in flour, one cup at a time, until a lenient dough
forms.
Step No: - 4
Turn onto a floured surface; rub until smooth and elastic,
2-4 minutes.
Step No: - 5
Place in a lubricated bowl, turning once to grease the top.

Cover and let rise in a warm place till doubled, about 45-46
minutes.
Step No: - 7
Temporarily, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef
is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain.,

Hit down dough; divide in half.
Step No: - 9
Press each half into a greased 12-in. pizza saucepan.
Step No: - 10
Association the tomato sauce, oregano and basil; spread over
each crust.

Topmost with beef blend, green pepper and cheese.,
Step No: - 12
Bake at 401° for 25-29 minutes or until crust is lightly fried.
