Angel Food Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
- One and half cup egg white
- One teaspoon cream of tartar
- Half teaspoon vanilla extract
- Half teaspoon almond extract
- One and half cup cake flour
- One and three fourth cup white sugar
Preparation Procedure:
Step No: - 01
Beat egg whites(albumin) till stiff peaks form. Blend in
cream of tartar, vanilla extract, and almond extract.

Go through together flour, sugar, and salt. Repeat five
times.

Softly fold flour mixture into beaten egg whites(albumin). Transfer
batter into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan.

Keep the pan in a cold oven. Turn the oven on and set it to
325-326 degrees F (165-166 degrees C). Bake till cake is golden brown,
about 1 hour.

before removing from the pan.
