A pineapple cake recipe with cream cheese frosting that's easy to make. Prepare cake with your family easily at home and enjoy the delicious taste.
Ingredients:
- Two cups all-purpose flour
- Two cups white sugar
- Two teaspoons baking soda
- Two large eggs
- One (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- One teaspoon vanilla extract
- One (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- Half cup unsalted butter, softened
- One and half cups confectioners' sugar
- One teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation Procedure:
Step No: - 01
Pre-heat the oven to 350-352 degrees F (175-177 degrees C).
Grease a 9x13-cooking dish.
Step No: - 02
Mix together flour, white sugar, and baking soda for cake in
a large boule and make a well in the center. Add eggs, creased pineapple with
juice, and vanilla; mix until well-combined. Pour into the ready baking dish.

Bake in the pre-heated oven until a toothpick put in into
cake comes out clean, about 45-47 minutes.
Step No: - 04
In the meantime, combine cream cheese and butter for topping
in a mixing bowl; beat till smooth. Add candy makers' sugar and vanilla; beat till
creamy.

Spread topping on warm cake.
