Everyone needs a fluffy yellow cake recipe from scratch in their recipe collection—and it doesn't get much cooler than this one. It's light, fluffy and simply delightful. This no-fail home-made yellow cake recipe is quick to prepare and easy to make.
Ingredient:
- Two cups all-purpose flour
- Three and half teaspoons baking powder
- One teaspoon salt
- One and half cups white sugar
- Half cup shortening
- Three eggs
- One cup milk
- One teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation Procedure:
Step No: - 01
Pre-heat the oven to 350-352 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lubricant
and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt together in an average
bowl.

Beat sugar and fat together in a large bowl with an electronic
mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating carefully after
each addition. Add flour mixture interchangeably with milk, beating just to
combine. Stir in vanilla and pour cake batter into the ready pan.

Bake in the pre-heated oven until a toothpick injected in
the center comes out clean, about 40-45 minutes. Cool cake wholly and top with
your preferred frosting.
