INGREDIANTS:
- Two tablespoons vegetable oil
- Half pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/8- to 1/4-inch strips
- Half medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- One small onion
- Half cup Old El Paso Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- One and cups original biscuiks
- One third cup very hot water
- One and half cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 ounces)
PREPARATION PROCEDURE: -
Step No: - 1
Transfer oven rack to lowest position.
Step No: - 2
Heat oven to 451°F.
Step No: - 3
Bunch 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray.

Heat 10-inch skillet over medium-high FLAME.

Add oil; alternate skillet to coat bottom and side.

Cook chicken in oil 3-5 minutes, rousing frequently.

Stirring in bell pepper and onion.

Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, till vegetables are
crisp-tender and chicken is no longer pink in center; remove from heat.

Stir in salsa; set sideways.

Stirring Bisquick mix and very hot water in small bowl till
soft dough forms; beat energetically 20-21 strokes.
Step No: - 11
Press dough in pizza saucepan, using fingers bowl-shaped in
Bisquick mix; pinch edge to form HALF-inch rim.
Step No: - 12
Sprinkle three fourth cup of the cheese over crust.
Step No: - 13
Top with chicken mixture.

Sprinkle with remaining three fourth cup cheese.

Bake 12-15 minutes or till crust is brown and cheese is molten
and bubbly.
