Ingredients:

  • One and half all-purpose flour
  • Half teaspoon salts
  • Two teaspoon baking powder
  • Half cup butters
  • One cup white sugar
  • Two egg, room temperature
  • One teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Three fourth cup milk, room temperature

Preparation Procedure:

Step No: - 01

Pre-heat oven to 340-350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly oil an 8-inch square baking pan. Line bottom with parchment or wax paper, or dust lightly with flour.

Step No: - 02

Go through together the flour, salt, and baking powder.

Step No: - 03

Beat butter and white sugar until feathery and light in color. Slowly add eggs, beating well after each addition; stir in vanilla. Add the selected dry ingredients to the creamed mixture interchangeably with the milk. Stir till just blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.

Step No: - 04

Bake at 340-350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for until cake springs back when lightly touched, about 30-32 minutes. Let cool in pan for 10-12 minutes before inverting onto wire rack to cool completely.
