This is a simple sponge cake recipe that can be made in no time at all with only three ingredients. Do you know What have you got to lose?
Ingredients:
- Three eggs
- Half cup castor sugar or superfine sugar
- Two third cup self-rising flour
Preparation Procedure:
Step No: - 01
Pre-heat the oven to 375-376 degrees F (190-191 degrees C).
Grease an 8-9-inch round cake pan.
Step No: - 02
In an average bowl, whip together the eggs and castor sugar till
fluffy. Fold in flour. Discharge into the prepared pan.
Step No: - 03
Bake for 20-22 minutes in the pre-heated oven, or till the
top of the cake springs back when informally pressed. Cool in the pan over a line
rack.
